SMART CPD Events (Continuing Professional Development)

 

Many of the private and public sector organisations we work with, including National Governing Bodies (NGBs) and Active Partnerships, regularly ask us to consider hosting annual CPD conferences, seminars, events and activities.

So in September 2012, we held our very first SMART Way Forward CPD Coaching Conference at the prestigious Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre. With a great line up of speakers, which included former Olympic British Cycling medallist Bryan Steel,  the event was a tremendous success with over 70 professionals from the world of sport, leisure and fitness attending.

Following on from the success of  our Bisham Abbey event, we have now held events at Leicester Tigers RFC’s Welford Road Stadium, as well as Lee Valley Athletics Centre in North London.

We always like to deliver events and training programmes which leave people feeling energised, inspired and motivated. So in 2014, we organised something very special. The  SMART Way Forward CPD Management & Leadership Experience

What is a ‘Management & Leadership Experience’ I hear you say? Well, instead of keeping to a traditional seminar or conference format, we organised a day that not only challenged delegates’ teamwork, management and leadership skills – but also tested their logical thinking, strategic planning and ability to work under pressure.
