SMART 1, 2 & 3 Day Intensive Management and Leadership CPD training programmes
At SMART Way Forward, we run a number of different management and leadership training programmes which can last either a day, two days or three days depending upon the subject, content and number of delegates attending.
All these courses are specifically tailored to your company culture and ethics. Each course is designed with the manager/delegate in mind. Therefore, from the outset we will liaise with your leadership/management team, along with the delegate/delegates to ensure the outcome and end results are perfect aligned for everyone involved. All programmes have specific objectives set for each delegate, which are then followed up over 7-10 days, 3-4 weeks, 6-8 weeks to ensure theory is consistently being put into practice.

Sales Referral Service
At SMART Way Forward we recognise that it is sometimes hard for private sector companies to engage with other organisations when introducing new products and services which may be of interest to the commercial sport, leisure, health and fitness industry.
Therefore, in addition to providing bespoke sales training, customer service training, management training and Continuing Professional Development (CPD), we also offer a ‘SMART Sales Referral Service’ to help clients engage with other organisations within this sector.
As your consultants we will act as your ‘door openers’ to help you introduce your products and services to key decision makers. We take data protection very seriously, therefore we do not sell our contact database to any organisations. Instead, we work on a ‘3 tier sales introduction process’ which helps you introduce your products and services in a consultative way to organisations working within the private and public sector.
This can be to managers and directors working in health clubs, leisure centres, universities, trade associations, local authorities, National Governing Bodies (NGB’s), Active Partnerships, leisure operators and equipment manufacturers, product suppliers or event organisers.
Daily rates for our Sales Referral Service are based upon a full or half day of consultancy delivered per week, agreed over a set period of time, usually 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. This involves a 3 tier sales approach. The process begins with a telephone call and email introduction, then ends with an opportunity for you to present your products and services face to face to a decision maker at an appropriate organisation. It is then down to you to sell and present your products and services in the best way possible.
