Teambuilding exercises

The team at SMART Way Forward are highly skilled at arranging and delivering engaging, fun, thought-provoking team building exercises which leave your people feeling energised, excited and motivated. They will learn how to complete tasks quickly, efficiently, logically and methodically, whilst feeling comfortable working individually or as part of a group. This type of training often lasts 1-2 full days and can either be based on-site at your premises, or at an alternative indoor/outdoor venue – depending on the tasks/activities involved. Team building exercises can be based on a number of different themes and outcomes, and can also include outdoor adrenaline style activities such as archery, quad biking, assault courses, team bonding, etc… which would all take place offsite at an adventure centre near your office location. All team building exercises and activities are priced individually according to location, set up, activities, equipment, food requirements and numbers of delegates attending.
