This workshop looks at and assesses the importance of what you say, what you do, how you come across and how you interact to try and help, coach or manage others can have a positive or negative. Some athletes and players need encouragement and support, whereas others like to take ownership and be very independent. Even though you may have the best intentions, the perception can sometimes indicate a level of control or leadership that may / may not be welcome.
The will to win is important … but the need to prepare is vital
