Understanding and analysing KASH (Knowledge, Attitude, Skills, Habits)

This training workshop looks at the importance of creating a leadership/management culture that assess the progress and development of your team based around the understanding of Knowledge, Attitude, Skills and Habits. You can learn knowledge, you can teach and develop skills – but attitude and consistent good habits have to come from the individual. Recognising this and basing your performance and development strategy around these principles will help you and your team consistently achieve much better results.
