Training the trainer

This bespoke training module consists of 2-3 days of training workshops tailored specifically for your role as a trainer within the business. It focuses on the key fundamental skills required to become an effective successful sales trainer. This includes; communications skills, presentation skills, understanding learning styles and personality types, recognising boundaries, managing differences of opinion/conflict, as well as performance management, planning, timekeeping, theory and practical, understanding the structure of training, along with how to check for understanding. Other training workshops are then added and built in to the programme, so they give you the precise skills and tools you need to become a valued, respected and knowledgeable sales trainer.
