Whether you are assessing the skills within your team or fully restructuring your team/business, it is vital that your people still feel valued, recognised and appreciated for all that they bring to the business. Therefore, it is a good idea to revisit the skills sets of each team member every now and again and check they are still enjoying/suitable for the job they are doing.
