“We were delighted to welcome Nadeem Shaikh from SMART Way Forward to speak at our Conference on Sunday 3rd November at The University of Hertfordshire Sports Village, Hatfield. We knew Nadeem’s knowledge and experience of coaching would be extremely useful to all the sports coaches and delegates attending on the day.”

Reviewing job descriptions

Whether you are assessing the skills within your team or fully restructuring your team/business, it is vital that your people still feel valued, recognised and appreciated for all that they bring to the business. Therefore, it is a good idea to revisit the skills sets of each team member every now and again and check they are still enjoying/suitable for the job they are doing. If job descriptions do not mirror a person’s skills set, then it is inevitable that the individual may not feel challenged day to day, or being pushed too far beyond their limit, knowledge, experience and capabilities. This workshop looks at the main areas to consider.
