Everybody is an individual, we all have our own learning style and personality type, which makes us who we are. Therefore, it is important to understand and recognise this when managing or setting up your team. Once you can hone in on this, it makes managing individuals and teams so much easier, as you can tailor your communication accordingly to help you consistently get the best out of each individual.
