Customer/client needs are very individual, as you have to take into consideration the budget they have available, turnaround times, timescales, outcomes, quality and efficiency. Therefore, when you are presenting your products and services, then packaging up a proposal to match the customer’s needs, you should be confident in justifying why you have suggested each element.
