Open and closed questions

Understanding the importance of open and closed question during a business conversation is vital if you want to achieve a successful outcome. Open questions will allow you to gather facts and information, whereas closed questions will help you identify what is right and of interest, and also help gain commitment from the customer/client. This training workshop helps you identify the right questions to ask at the right time.
