This workshop looks specifically at how coaches can tailor their communication (verbal, written and face to face), make small discreet changes which can then empower, encourage and install a positive response and reaction from their athletes and players. It will focus on positive and negative phrases, as well as being aware of what you say, how you say it and why it is so important to communicate being conscious of the end goal and outcome in mind.
