Developing effective interpersonal skills

This training workshop looks at what the fundamental areas that make strong working relationships. Communication is everything, as often, it is not what you say – but how you say it. Therefore, it is important to ensure that you seek first to understand, then be understood. Use the right communication at the right time, back up your statements and justify your proposals. The key is to think long term and always offer win/win solutions.
