In the Summer of 2014, Bonar Yarns, one of the leading suppliers of high performance synthetic turf and carpet yarn around the world, appointed SMART Way Forward to deliver a focused Customer Service CPD (Continuing Professional Development) training programme to its team based in Dundee, Scotland. The programme was very well received by their customer service and sales team and has already helped the team become even more effective and efficient in their roles.
