“The SMART CPD event was a very valuable day. It was almost like a learning holiday escape, as we pulled up to a lovely log cabin in the middle of the Warwickshire countryside and switched off from our normal routine. There were great presentations on leadership, business building and team work, which were then strengthened with outdoor team building activities which everyone enjoyed and pooled their resources in order to complete. The food was also very enjoyable and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the day.
