“We recently appointed SMART Way Forward to deliver a monthly Training Programme for our Customer Service team based at Head Office in Dundee, Scotland. We are always looking to develop our staff through regular training and CPD, so following consultation by Nadeem, SMART Way Forward very quickly identified the key development areas for our monthly training programme.
