“Following a repeat of a successful days training with SMART Way Forward, we have now incorporated a quarterly sales training programme, with SMART objectives being at the heart of the programme. Nadeem’s extensive experience is being applied to both training needs by setting clear sales objectives to help our sales team achieve their targets. Each quarter, Nadeem & his team from SMART Way Forward will carry out a bespoke training session based upon the quarter’s activity before to enable our sales team to maximise their experiences, learn from their mistakes and focus on key development areas. Nadeem will also lead a quarterly sales review where further sales analysis will be discussed.
By engaging SMART Way Forward in this new process, we will be providing our sales team with the best available support by one of the most enthusiastic and talented training individuals available.”
