SMART Way Forward managing director Nadeem Shaikh will be among the top sports coaches speaking at the Hertfordshire Sports Partnership Coaching Conference next month.
Nadeem will be delivering the “Effective Communication Skills for Sports Coaches” workshop, highlighting the importance of using different coaching styles and body language as well as verbal, visual and written communication. An absolute must for any sports coach learning how to manage teams and individuals effectively.
