Negotiation and closing skills

In every sales call, there will always be an element of negotiation between you and the customer/ client before you close the deal. Therefore, it is vital that you remain calm, assertive, polite and completely professional throughout all negotiation. Successful negotiation means being aware of you tone, pitch, words and mannerisms, as well as the benefits of your product/service to the customer. Once negotiation has taken place and a solution agreed, it is important that commitment is given by both parties.
