Effective Communication skills (written and verbal)

This workshop looks specifically at how you can tailor your communication (verbal, written and face to face) to ensure you always achieve a successful outcome. Making small discreet changes in your own personal communication can help you build better stronger working relationships which empower, encourage and install a positive response and reaction from others. It also highlights the impact of positive and negative phrases, as well as how to be aware of what you say, how you say it and why it is so important to communicate being self-aware and conscious of the end goal.
